RETURN POLICY

If we make a mistake or there are any problems with your order please notify us immediately, within 2 to 5 days of receiving your shipment. In the chance we may send you more products then you have ordered please notify us and we will organize to have the additional items returned. In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchases or they are damaged, we will ensure that the items returned are replaced with the same product or with a different item to the same value. We will only replace damaged goods if they were sent damaged from our warehouse. If they were damaged during the shipping process or by you we will not be able to replace them.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Follow these simple and easy steps for returning products:

1. Package the item/s you wish to return in a secure and padded envelope or box, or preferably in the original packaging. Please be aware that we are not responsible for items subject to damage or loss due to inadequate packaging. Returns that we receive damaged due to poor packaging will not be honored.
